Due to continuing wetter than normal conditions and concerns with flooding and other agricultural impacts NOAA and key partners (USDA) will hold an informational webinar across the north-central U.S. (Missouri Basin, Upper Mississippi, Red River of the North and other major basins) The webinar will summarize current climatic conditions, flooding concerns, current, and potential impacts and the latest weather and climate outlooks.
