NOAA Funding Opportunities: Letter of Intent Info Webinar

NOAA will be hosting a webinar on August 22nd at 1PM Central Time and it will describe focus on the three new competitions, their goals, and the process for applying to these competitions. NOAA will close with a Q&A session in which we will answer questions of general interest in real time via the chat function in WebEx. Note that NOAA will have a subsequent webinar in a month or so that will focus on the proposal phase of these competitions. Watch this location for additional information.
The three competitions to be covered include:
1. Sectoral Applications Research Program (SARP) and Coping with Drought in Support of the National Integrated Drought Information System (NIDIS).
2. Assessing and Communicating Economic Impacts and Risks Associated with Water Resource Management Challenges Along the Coast (joint competition between COCA and SARP).
3. Coastal and Ocean Climate Applications (COCA) Sustainable Fisheries in a Changing Climate Program: Supporting Resilient Fishing Communities in the Northeast Region
