Basic Ag / Ag 101

July 8, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us to better understand the basics of agriculture through a multi-component course taught by experienced local, state, and federal conservationists. This training is intended to provide conservation professionals with the necessary basic skills (communication, outreach) and farming knowledge to implement conservation practices for improved land management.

The 2021 training will be:

* July 7: Morning by Zoom
* July 8: Morning by Zoom
* August 19: In the field, Arlington Ag Research Station, pandemic permitting.

There is no charge for the July 7/8 sessions. A nominal fee may be charged to cover expenses for the August 19 session. (Once the fee is determined, you may cancel without penalty).

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email.

You may use one form to register all employees attending from the same organization if they are using the same device during the Zoom meeting. Please fill out a separate registration if they will be using separate devices to ensure each person gets their individualized Zoom link.

Contact Kevin Erb at 920-391-4652 or Kevin.Erb@wisc.edu for more information on this program.
