Webinar: Phosphorus Multi-discharger Variance

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ multi-discharger phosphorus variance package, which extends the timeline for eligible point source dischargers to comply with low-level phosphorus limits. In exchange, point sources commit to provide financial resources to county LCDs to address nonpoint sources of phosphorus pollution from agricultural areas.
