Webinar: How can Biochar Improve Soil Processes?

Biochar has been touted as improving soil water relations, microbial processes, and soil fertility; reducing greenhouse gas emissions; and increasing crop productivity. How can such a simple material do so much? This webinar will explore some of the many soil factors biochar is claimed to improve. However, not all biochars are equal and therefore may act differently depending on soil conditions. This webinar will also explore some fundamentals of various biochars by presenting laboratory images and videos that help explain biochar’s “magic.”
