Red River Basin Land & Water International Summit Conference

This conference features key note speaker Paul Douglas, Minnesota’s first American Meteorology Society (AMS) Certified Broadcast Meteorologist, with a 40-year on-air career in television, radio, print and online. He will discuss “A Rapidly Changing Climate: Threat – and Opportunity.” The conference will also include exhibits and break out sessions covering topics such as floods, climate change, updates on the river basin, and water quality.
