North Central U.S. Monthly Climate and Drought Summary and Outlook

Justin Glisan (Iowa State Climatologist) will be presenting the latest climate summary information along with recent and potential impacts and outlooks.  In this month’s presentation the attention will be on the winter and perhaps a quick glimpse of the spring.  We will also address the status of the El Nino and implications.

The focus area for the Webinar is the north-central region of the U.S. (from the Rockies to the Great Lakes).  At the end of the presentation we will be taking questions.
