Lake Michigan Management in the 21st Century: Challenges and Successes

In the morning you will hear about the Sheboygan River’s importance to the region, a Lake Michigan Lakewide Action & Management Plan (LaMP) update, an update on the Sheboygan River Area of Concern, and updates and insights into a changing food web. Following lunch and Q&A, there will be three tours offered: Deland Park Beach Remediation Project, Wetland Complex at UW-Sheboygan and former Schuchardt Property, and Maywood Environmental Park.
