2015 The Great Lakes: Advancing Knowledge and Improvement

The Great Lakes are a valued resource, providing water for recreation, consumption, and power; a world-class fisheries, and multiple other uses. They are subject to a variety of challenges including invasive species, conservation and restoration; tributary impacts, habitat loss, harmful algal blooms, and other water quality issues. Celebrating its 25th year, the conference will address many of these key topic areas and highlight some of the latest research and management efforts being developed for the Great Lakes and its surrounding watershed. The conference will be held at the Kellogg Center, Michigan State University, East Lansing on Tuesday, March 10.
